Lauren began her massage training in 2004 at the Kripalu School of Massage, focusing on Swedish massage and deep tissue techniques. She has 20 years of experience as a Reiki master and practitioner, and also specializes in Ayurvedic bodywork, Craniosacral therapy, shamanic sound healing and herbalism.
Having an intuitive sense of the body, she wishes to provide in each session a harmonious space for renewal and deep healing. She also spends her time as a mother, musician, garden dweller and nature explorer. Twin Falls Botanicals is her herbal self-care product line, available on Etsy and in local shops.
